We work with people. With individuals. With teams. With CEO’s. With their top teams. With managers. With front-line staff. Everything we do is about helping people fulfil their potential, whatever their level, to enhance the organisation’s performance and employee engagement.
We believe Better People make for Better Organisations. To improve either it is critical to understand both fully.
Our training approach always combines an understanding of people and psychology with a pragmatic business focus. We use experienced consultants who can think on their feet. We don’t believe in using “off the shelf” packages, following management fads for the sake of it, running “feel good’ programs that aren’t designed to change long term behaviour or non-scientifically validated content

Human Psychology have provided EAP services for UniSA staff and close family for several years and the service has been of a consistently high standard. The Psychologists are highly qualified and of those staff who have chosen to share their experience it has always been positive with practical guidance on coping with difficult times. Human Psychology also provided top education services that have been invaluable to our wellbeing program with workshops well attended and feedback excellent. People generally wish the workshops were longer and find them useful for work and home circumstances. Dealing with Human Psychology from the perspective of a contract provider has been seamless, they won the tender against strong competition and have delivered ever since. They provide aggregate reports that help us to identify trends and take action based on their guidance. Prompt response to calls, queries or any problems that occur is appreciated.

IPAA SA have had the pleasure of working with Samantha Young for over three years and we truly value our partnership with Human Psychology. We have worked closely with Human Psychology on the development of the Mental Health and the Workplace Series and the 21st Century Manager Series ensuring that the needs of the Public Sector are met during the challenging times. Human Psychology’s facilitators have made it a priority to understand the needs and the nature of the public sector. Participants who have had the opportunity to engage with Sam at the IPAA Workshops are always impressed with the high level of experience and knowledge that she displays. These presenters are forward-thinkers, demonstrate the appropriate level of expertise but deliver with a very human element and thrive on engaging with participants to deliver interactive workshops that are not the standard lecture ‘off the screen’ presentation style. Furthermore, Human Psychology’s facilitators are incredibly passionate about the topics presented, making their support in helping to educate the South Australian Public Sector on significant issues of Mental Health in the Workplace invaluable.
