Managing Director, Clinical Psychologist
Samantha brings a unique combination of senior management and commercial experience, psychological intervention skills and Masters-level formal education in both business and psychology to her clinical, training, coaching and consulting work. She has led large teams, advised CEOs and Boards on strategic issues and routinely provides consulting advice to private and public sector organisations on complex human resource matters, learning and development and leadership coaching and assessment.
Samantha has worked as a Consultant with Boston Consulting Group, Sales & Marketing Manager for The Body Shop and Strategy Manager for Myer GraceBros. Samantha holds Bachelor and Postgraduate qualifications in business and psychology, including a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and an MBA from Melbourne University.
Samantha is passionate about helping people to think, feel and perform better at individual, team and organisational levels. She is Managing Director of Human Psychology, one of Adelaide’s largest psychological services providers with a team of 17 people operating for over 10 years. Human Psychology’s mission is to help organisations and their people to embrace 21st century change by enhancing their self-awareness, building stronger and more cohesive relationships, increasing engagement, developing resilience and most importantly, caring for themselves and others.
Psychologist
Clark holds a Master of Arts (Psychology) and Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology from Otago University, New Zealand. He is a registered Clinical Psychologist and Member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association. He has worked in various clinical and business settings including community mental health, correctional services, private practice, and as a clinical manager and corporate trainer. Clark treats a range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, personality-based problems, substance abuse and post-traumatic stress. He has also worked extensively with issues such as stress, anger, interpersonal difficulties, sleep and sexual problems. He has experience providing executive coaching, training and professional supervision, and is skilled at assisting others to improve communication and constructively resolve conflict.
Psychologist
Cheryl has a Masters in Psychology (Clinical and Health) from the University of Adelaide and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society's College of Clinical Psychologists. She has worked extensively in both public and private sectors since 1994. Cheryl has a background working with people with complex mental health difficulties. She uses a range of evidence-based therapies in her work, with interests and training in the assessment and treatment of trauma, stress and anxiety, grief and depression, weight and body image concerns, and substance use issues. She also works with individuals and couples to provide relationship counselling. In addition, she is experienced in providing personal injury, motor vehicle accident and worker's compensation assessment and treatment.
Psychologist
Rachel combines a passion for mindfulness, resilience and positive psychology with evidence-based tools such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy and Exposure therapies (e.g. ERP) to help people flourish. She has worked in government, private industry and private practice, and can assist with stress, anxiety, depression, sleep problems, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, emotional regulation, grief, trauma, personal/workplace stressors, anger/sexual behaviour issues, and addictions. She can provide assessments (e.g. clinical disorders, IQ, cognitive issues, Fitness for Duty, medicolegal) and other organisational services (e.g. workshops, seminars, EAP counselling) and is an engaging speaker and group trainer. She has a Master of Psychology and over 15 years’ experience.

Jason holds a Master of Psychology (Organisational and Human Factors) from the University of Adelaide. His skills centre on psychological application in the workplace and using evidence-based approaches to enhance work-life wellbeing and organisational efficiency. Jason has partnered with a range of private and government organisations providing critical incident response, mediation, psychological education and training, change management, and leadership development and coaching. Jason also works with individuals experiencing a range of issues including depression and anxiety, stress, anger, and mood and emotional regulation difficulties. Jason’s treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and Brief Solution Focused Therapy.

Steve holds a Master of Education (Counselling Psychology) degree and is a psychologist with general registration. He works within a strength based, solution focussed framework to assist families and individuals to develop their inner resources to respond creatively and positively to developmental and complex challenges across the life span: school related issues, self-regulation, anger, interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, identity and self-confidence.
He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and incorporates appropriate evidenced based psychological interventions into his therapeutic work. As an accredited member of the International Association of Applied Neuroscience, Steve incorporates learning from neuroscience into his work with individuals, families and organisaitons.
Steve has also worked closely with agency executive to incorporate best practice, well-being strategies to respond to serious incidents and support staff who have experienced trauma.

Zoey holds a Doctor of Psychology (Forensic) and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society and APS College of Forensic Psychologists. She has an extensive background of clinical experience in adult mental health services, correctional services and private practice. Zoey has over 15 years experience as a psychologist in the assessment and treatment of a range of psychological and lifestyle concerns including depression, anxiety, anger, stress, addictions and sexual problems. She is also experienced in providing forensic and WorkCover assessment and treatment services.

Ingrid has been helping clients to overcome challenges and get the most satisfaction out of their lives for 19 years. She brings energy, warmth, understanding and an open mind to her clients. She specialises in working with relationship issues, affairs, PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder)/trauma, anxiety, sleep issues, and parenting issues. She works extensively with police and military personnel, and is an experienced trainer. Ingrid holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and uses a range of approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. At the core of Ingrid’s approach is collaboratively finding what is most important and valuable in our lives, and helping to find the barriers that may have prevented us from getting there.

Oscar holds a Master of Psychology (Forensic) from the University of South Australia, and a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management from Flinders University. He is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society and APS College of Forensic Psychologists. He has extensive experience in clinical and forensic assessment and treatment for a range of psychological problems including depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, anger/violence and sexual problems. He also has experience in the development and facilitation of forensic programs. Oscar is a Psychology Board approved supervisor.
Psychologist
Jane is a registered (general) psychologist with a background in health, education and counselling psychology. She is especially interested in promoting mental and physical health and well-being and in nurturing people’s creativity - both in life and as applied to the challenges they may be facing in life. She is a trained and experienced teacher and workshop facilitator. She has most recently worked in a University counselling service and with international students, as well as with employees under the Employee Assistance Program.
Cultural Specific Counsellor
Rosemary is a proud Aboriginal Australian from South Australia of Kaurna, Wirrangu, Koogatha and English heritage and is widely recognised for her expertise and successes in the field which is over 30 years experience. Her work is gaining growing attention and respect from academics and health professionals alike. Her Seven Phases to Integrating Loss and Grief is published in reputable articles and papers about her research, theories and methodologies and her work has featured in several specialist journals.
Psychologist
Chris completed his Master of Applied Psychology specialising in Sport and Exercise at the University of Queensland. He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and Fellow of the College of Sport and Exercise Psychology. Chris was also a primary school P.E teacher for 10 years. Chris is currently working in both the on-field performance environment and clinical setting to assist individuals in making long lasting positive changes to their mindset to improve consistency of performance. His fundamental interest areas focus on enhancing mental resilience and improving mental resources in relation to performance (skill acquisition and execution).
Chris works with children from 8 years old through to older adults. His areas of expertise are Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD, Stress, Wellbeing, and general mood disorders, uses CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Solution focussed and RBT therapies.
Clinical Operations Consultant
Sally specialises in trauma response – including High Profile and Rural/Remote traumas, management coaching, working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and supporting individuals and organisations where mainstream services are inadequate or unavailable. She is particularly passionate about meeting the needs of rural and remote communities. Her ability to develop solutions that work for staff comes from her background in Social Work and Social Planning, as well as working with people from a range of diverse backgrounds, cultures and age groups, in clinical management positions including Education, Employee Assistance Programs, Trauma Response, Drug and Alcohol Dependency and Abuse, Aged Care and Youth At Risk. She brings her counselling and management knowledge to providing end to end services to meet needs and build the capacity and resilience of individuals and teams. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work and Planning.

Coralie has worked with Human Psychology since early 2013 and has extensive background in accounting, small business management and marketing. As General Manager, Coralie oversees Human Psychology’s people and culture and operational and strategic objectives of the business including marketing and business development.
